Take one office space in the heart of London, add QuantiQ, a forward-thinking technology consultancy, sprinkle a little Ultimate brand design magic and the result is office interiors that would have even the most apathetic employee racing to start work on a Monday morning.
Candice Arnold, Marketing Director of QuantiQ had a vision she wanted to achieve for the company office move to Jewry Street, their new premises in the heart of the financial district of London. Candice wanted the vibrancy and colour of the website reflected throughout the 5th floor of Dawson House. Simple, elegant, colourful and bold was the brief and the minute the conversation began with the Ultimate team it was clear this was going to be a project to be proud of and the results have surpassed all our expectations!
The interior project in detail
Working in partnership with The Keyboard Group, Ultimate designed all interior graphics for the project, turning the result around in just under one month. Candice and I met onsite on 6th March 2017 and were able to see beyond the building site and work together to plan and visualise how the walls, doors, signage and colour would look throughout the entire floor.
We wanted to create a timeline as the first impression when entering the space and so planned the history of the company being visualised on a large solid wall split with a glass section. The floor to ceiling vinyl we created perfectly reflects the light and colour of the graphics in the entrance and adjoining meeting room.
Positive inspiring messages such as ‘Where great ideas happen’ introduce the meeting areas, combined with a lighter hearted tone of voice for the hanging signage, for example ‘Q Bar’ marks the large diner style kitchen breakout space.
Every detail was considered from the colour and textures of the carpet, chairs, furniture and separation devices, hanging signs to door plaques all ensuring that the perfect finished look was achieved. And what a result!

Our work to date with QuantiQ
Ultimate began a relationship with QuantiQ in early 2016, since then QuantiQ have invested in a refreshed brand logo, new website project and of course the interiors. They continue to invest in technical improvements to the website including new graphics, diagrams copywriting and ongoing maintenance, firmly believing that a website is not a tool which should sit stagnant but should work hard to represent the business at all times. Together with the creative and programming of the website, Ultimate are also responsible for the ongoing SEO campaign which has seen significant results including an 171% increase in traffic to the site year on year. As the partnership grows ever stronger we look forward to a bright future of working together.
